2. Account Registration

A valid account registration is required to use services on 886x. Each individual may open only one account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address.
• Accounts may not be registered in the name of a third party.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

886x reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. 886x reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

886x supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Please keep the transaction reference number provided at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds must not come from illegal sources — money laundering is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within one hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will go to bKash.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if any active bonus conditions have not been met.
• 886x reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for review of unusual transactions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities on 886x. The specific rules for each game are listed on the game page.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Irregular results caused by a technical error will be considered void.
• If a game result is disputed, 886x's decision is final.
• Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
• For sports betting, bets are accepted up until the start of the match.
• Any bet placed during a market change or closure in live betting is invalid.

6.1 Game Fairness

886x ensures that all casino games are run fairly and at random. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to keep the outcome of every game completely impartial. No player or member of staff can influence the outcome of any game.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by 886x

886x may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. All applicable bonus conditions will be reviewed before the account is closed. The account will be closed after any valid funds have been withdrawn.

10. Limitation of Liability

886x is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or technical errors.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or devices.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence in securing your account.
• Financial losses from betting — all wagers are placed at your own risk.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact

886x reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The first time you log in to the platform after a change, you will be asked to accept the updated terms.

For significant changes, prior notice will be sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
